Bio

Sanctuary Medical Care and Consulting

Holistic healthcare for the glory of God. (Col. 3:23)

Serving you with house calls, direct pay care, and covenantal medicine.

Suffering, Frustration & Crisis: A Physician’s Motivation

Dr. Potter has experienced both sides of health care, not only walking through health crises with adults and children in various settings, but also walking through the patient side of health care with several close family members. This has provided ample opportunity to study the needs of those suffering from health problems in our fallen world, and has given Dr. Potter a desire to comfort and provide relief as God allows, through scriptural, natural and scientific means.

Seeing the anxiety and frustration of patients in today’s health system crisis motivated Dr. Potter to develop a means of providing affordable care that can work to allay these fears through a covenantal relationship of trust between physician and patient in a direct pay model.

Dr. Potter in Person

Besides serving as a physician, Dr. Potter is married to an amazing wife and has five wonderful children. Their family has been shaped by the many providential occurrences in their lives, including the beauty of adoption.

Dr. Potter also enjoys running, reading, Bible classes, and time with his family when he is not practicing medicine.

Whether working in an inner city clinic, an overseas outreach clinic, or suburban America, Dr. Potter has seen the suffering common to all mankind. We are all looking for someone to guide us through the process of restoration from our physical brokenness. We are all mortals. Dr. Potter understands that, and hopes you will give him the opportunity to care for you in your times of suffering, as a whole person—body, mind, heart, and spirit.
