1st-time experience with Dr. Ward necessitated by my regular internist being unavailable. I met with her as a scheduled followup to a recent hospitalization due to a combination of rhinovirus and pneumonia. Dr. Ward was informed, examined me, and took great care in explaining how I was medically improving and what I should NOT do to reverse the progress I was making! Dr. Ward is very direct and focused, and was easy to understand. I recommend her highly.
