Dr. Elina Kari says a passion for problem-solving and desire to make a difference in the lives of patients lead her to a career in ENT medicine. “I loved working with my hands and had a natural curiosity about how to fix things,” notes Dr. Kari, an award-winning otolaryngology and neurotology specialist who finds her practice to be intellectually stimulating. Dr. Kari is certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology and extensively published Additionally, she spent six months in the Peruvian Amazon studying malaria.

Patients may not know that Kari holds triple citizenship in the United States, Brazil and Finland. She speaks English, Portuguese and Spanish and enjoys print and digital photography, exercise, reading, journal writing, food and travel.
