Dr. Eduardo Siccion graduated from The University of the Philippines College of Medicine in 1996 before completing a residency in Internal Medicine at University of Connecticut Health Center in Farmington, CT from 2000 to 2004. He then completed a fellowship in Hematology Oncology at University of Connecticut Health Center-Carole and Ray Neag Comprehensive Cancer Center from 2008 to 2011.
