Dr. Donna Kalauokalani graduated from University of Hawaii John A. Burns School of Medicine in 1991 before completing a residency in Anesthesiology at Washington University / Barnes - Jewish Hospital in 1995. She then completed a fellowship in Pain Medicine at University of Washington in 1996.
