I recently saw Dr Gonzalez as a first time patient. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He ordered a few test on me and all the results were good. I only have one complaint and it is more towards the staff than Dr Gonzalez. The nurse is very difficult to get in touch with and even after leaving numerous messages my phone calls were never returned. I was assured that some very important papers had been faxed back to my insurance company just to find out two weeks later that MetLife had never received them. I tired to follow up on why the papers were never faxed and still no response from the staff. My experience with Dr Gonzalez was a positive one but the staff could do a better job of following through with what they say they are going to do and returning phone calls.
