Dr. Diane Williams graduated from Western University of Health Sciences College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific in 1986 before completing a residency in Internal Medicine at Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU) in Portland, OR from 1988 to 1989. She then completed a fellowship in Gastroenterology at Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU) from 1989 to 1991.
