Dr. Wilkins earned her MD from Wright State University School of Medicine where she was a recipient of many merit-based awards for ranking among the top ten students. She completed her residency in child, adolescent, and general psychiatry at Louisiana State University and has previously worked as the Medical Director for Structured Family Interventions and Youth Extensions. Dr. Wilkins treats children and adolescents age 3 to 18 and adults age 65 to 80 in our New Hope Court office in Durham, NC providing general medication management. She specializes in family issues, autism, trauma, and developmental disabilities.
Dr. Deborah Payne is a psychiatrist, a primary care physician for mental health. He works with men and women on their psychological well-being, with an ability to identify and treat all of the different types of psychological illness. These might include depressive disorders, eating disorders, bipolar disorder or anxiety disorders, for example. Dr. Payne may provide solutions including medication management plans to unique forms of therapy.
