The doctor was very good. He was helpful where my condition is concerned. His staff however do not seem to know what they are doing. I confirmed an appointment three different times with his staff. I showed up at my scheduled time and was told this appointment was not necessary. How could this happen. If you are computerized the staff needs to be able to read or communicate. I'm valuable too!!

Dr. Dean Clerico graduated from UMDNJ New Jersey Medical School in 1987 before completing a residency in ENT / Otolaryngology at UMDNJ New Jersey Medical School. He then completed a fellowship in Endoscopic Sinus Surgery at University of Pennsylvania.
