Dr. David Toivonen graduated from Medical College of Wisconsin in 1989 before completing a residency in Orthopedic Surgery at University of Wisconsin Hospital & Clinics Department of Orthopedic Surgery in Madison, WI from 1990 to 1994. He then completed a fellowship in Hand & Upper Extremity Surgery at New York - Syracuse Health Science Center, Department of Orthopedic Surgery from 1994 to 1995.
