Dr. David Fitzgerald graduated from University of North Carolina School of Medicine at Chapel Hill in 2000 before completing a residency in Internal Medicine at University of Pennsylvania from 2000 to 2003. He then completed a fellowship in Infectious Diseases at University of North Carolina at Cha from 2006 to 2008.
