Dr. David Spence graduated from University of Tennessee College of Medicine in 2006 before completing a residency in Orthopedic Surgery at UT-Campbell Clinic in 2011. He then completed a fellowship in Pediatric Orthopaedics at Boston Children’s Hospital in 2012.
