Dr. David Morales was born and raised in Arizona. He completed his Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Arizona, where he also graduated from medical school. At the University of Arizona, he specialized and became Board Certified in Neurology and Pain Management.
Dr. Morales completed a two year Fellowship in the subspecialty of Pain Medicine at the University of South Florida where he performed hundreds of spinal injections.
His motivation is to help patients who are in pain to return to a their normal activities by providing a comprehensive approach for motivated patients.
When he's not working, Dr. Morales likes to spend time with his family and travel. He also is fluent in Spanish and has honorably served in the United States Military for three years.
He has been a member of the American Pain Society, American Academy of Neurology, American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, American Academy of Pain Medicine.

Dr. David Morales addresses these conditions by conducting tests, scans and arriving at a diagnosis. The diagnosis is needed to come up with a treatment plan for a patient, which can include medication management, special therapies, and lifestyle changes.
Pain management doctors specialize in caring for patients who are dealing with chronic pain, whether resulting from injury, disease, or otherwise. Dr. Morales creates customized pain management plans for patients that may include therapy, medication management, or minimally invasive procedures. When creating a customized pain management plan, Dr. Morales will evaluate the patient and their medical history, in addition to performing tests to arrive at a precise diagnosis.
