Dr. Daniel Bennett graduated from University of Miami Miller School of Medicine in 1989 before completing a residency in Anesthesiology at University of Colorado Health Sciences Center in 1993. He then completed a fellowship in Pain Medicine at University of Colorado from 1993 to 1993.
