Having completed my plastic surgery residency at Mount Sinai Hospital followed by additional Fellowship training at the esteemed Massachusetts General Hospital / Harvard Medical School, I am well-versed in the latest, most advanced techniques available in aesthetic medicine. At my practice in New York City, I offer a complete span of cosmetic surgical procedures ranging from mastopexy and breast reduction to liposuction, tummy tuck, and facelift surgery. In addition, I am highly experienced in state-of-the-art breast reconstruction methods, as well as in non-surgical treatments like Ultherapy®, CoolSculpting®, and numerous cosmetic injectables and fillers. Regardless of the procedure being performed, my focus as a board-certified plastic surgeon is on achieving exceptional, natural-looking results while optimizing both patient comfort and safety.
Plastic surgeons perform a wide variety of surgeries that can restore or correct the form and function of the human body, which can be either cosmetic or reconstructive in nature. Dr. Maman is able to correct abnormalities of the body that may be causing adverse health effects, or perform surgeries to correct malformations caused by birth defects, trauma, tumors or disease. He also performs elective surgeries, which patients undergo to improve the aesthetic appearance of a certain body part.
Specializing in the field of cosmetic surgery, Dr. Maman performs surgical and non-surgical procedures to improve or restore the aesthetics of a specific feature of body part. Cosmetic surgery may include rhinoplasty (or "nose jobs"), chin reshaping, face or necklifts, lipsuction or tummy tucks. A mainstay of cosmetic surgery, breast procedures such as breast augmentation, reduction, or lifts are among the most popular procedures performed by cosmetic surgeons.
