Dr. Daniel Kendall graduated from Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine (CCOM) at Midwestern University before completing a residency in Pain Management at Northwestern Memorial Hospital. He then completed a fellowship in Pain Management at Johns Hopkins Hospital.
