Dr. D. Allen Hayes graduated from University of Virginia School of Medicine in 1972 before completing a residency in Internal Medicine at University of Michigan Hospital from 1972 to 1975. He then completed a fellowship in Pulmonary Medicine at UNC Hospitals from 1977 to 1979.
Dr. Hayes has one office in North Carolina where he specializes in Pulmonology.
Dr. Hayes works with two doctors including Dr. Timothy Hart and Dr. Jerry Hung.
