Dr. Cynthia Toth graduated from Medical College of Pennsylvania in 1983 before completing a residency in Ophthalmology at Geisinger Medical Center from 1984 to 1987. She then completed a fellowship in Vitreoretinal Diseases and Surgery at University of California–Davis from 1989 to 1991.
Dr. Toth has one office in North Carolina where she specializes in Ophthalmology and Pediatrics.
