Dr. Cynthia Shortell graduated from Weill Cornell Medical College of Cornell University in 1984 before completing a residency in General Surgery at University of Rochester/Strong Memorial Hospital from 1984 to 1989. She then completed a fellowship in Vascular Surgery at University of Rochester/Strong Memo from 1989 to 1993.
