Bio
Dr. Craig Carter graduated from University of Louisville School of Medicine in 2007 before completing a residency in Orthopedic Surgery at Medical College of Georgia. He then completed a fellowship in Hand Surgery at University of Alabama at Birmingham.
Dr. Carter has three offices in Indiana where he specializes in Hand Surgery and Orthopedic Surgery.
Dr. Carter works with nineteen doctors including Dr. Jason Conaughty and Dr. Steve Gabel.

Hand Surgery
A hand surgeon in Indiana, Dr. Carter cares for injuries and complications of the hand, fingers, wrist, forearm, elbow and shoulder. Dr. Carter is specifically trained to diagnose each patient and determine whether or not surgical intervention is medically necessary, as surgery is usually seen as a last resort when other treatment methods have been exhausted. As a result, treatment can be surgical or non-surgical in nature.
