As an oncologist, Dr. Kovitz is trained to diagnose and treat all types and forms of cancer. Dr. Kovitz may employ a variety of diagnostic tests such as biopsies, imaging tests, endoscopic tests and laboratory tests. He may offer treatment techniques such as chemotherapy or radiotherapy to combat the spread of cancer. Dr. Kovitz may also provide emotional and palliative care, ensuring patients experience the highest quality of life possible.
As a hematologist / oncologist in Texas, Dr. Kovitz is capable of diagnosing and treating patients with blood-related disorders, malignancies, or cancers. Dr. Kovitz may treat a range of conditions ranging from the the common to the very rare and complex.
