Dr. Courtney Harwell, FAAP is a board certified pediatric physician and began practicing with the Ashburn at Ryan Park office of Capital Area Pediatrics in 2011.
Prior to joining CAP, Dr. Harwell studied at Children's Hospital of the King's Daughters in Norfolk, VA, where she completed a pediatric residency in 2011 and a pediatric internship in 2009. Before that, she graduated from Eastern Virginia Medical School, receiving a medical degree in 2008 and a master's degree in biomedical sciences in 2004. Her undergraduate studies were completed at the University of Virginia in 2003.
