Dr. Coleen Cunningham graduated from SUNY Upstate Medical University in 1985. She then completed a fellowship in Pediatric Infectious Disease at State University of New York Health from 1988 to 1991.
Dr. Cunningham has one office in North Carolina where she specializes in Infectious Disease Medicine and Pediatrics.

As an infectious disease specialist, Dr. Cunningham is capable of preventing, diagnosing, and treating a wide variety of infectious diseases. Typically, patients with an infectious disease, such as malaria, will require highly specialized treatment or care. Dr. Cunningham may also educate patients traveling to places around the world that have a high rate of infectious diseases; this is sometimes referred to as travel medicine.
