Carolina Covarrubias MD is an experienced Board Certified Psychiatrist from UCLA David Geffen School of Medicine with a demonstrated history of working for Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health. She is now in private practice with an expertise in all Adult Mental Health Disorders, specifically Treatment Resistant Mood Disorders, Trauma, and Anxiety Disorders. She also received a year certification in Psychoanalytic Training and is a strong proponent of psychotherapy in the treatment of all psychopathology.
Dr. Covarrubias has dedicated her early career to helping the undeserved populations of Los Angeles and will continue to do so on a part-time basis as she develops her private practice in West Los Angeles.
