Pacific Fertility Center is one the San Francisco Bay Area's leading fertility clinics. Dr. Herbert is one of Pacific Fertility Center's leading reproductive doctors.
Dr. Herbert is a fourth-generation physician. In 1982 Dr. Herbert played an important role in the development of one of the first assisted reproductive technology programs in the USA at Vanderbilt University Medical Center.
Dr. Herbert has been repeatedly singled out by his peers in two independent surveys "Best Doctors in the Bay Area" by San Francisco Magazine and "Guide to Top Doctors" by Consumers' Checkbook. He is nationally and internationally recognized as a fertility expert who has been performing in-vitro fertilization longer than any other physician in the Bay Area and Northern California. This experience provides him with a unique perspective as he incorporates the latest developments in reproductive technology into patient care.
He has a great deal of experience with fertility procedures like IUI and IVF, and has a passion for working with couples dealing with either male or female infertility issues.
