Without going into specifics about myself, coming downwith gangrene of the crotch area to sepsis of the left knee joint. recovering at a physical rehab facility, i felt sick one day when I was taken to his office for a check up on my septic leg which sadly required another draining... needless to say afterwards he noticed that I had turned white, not only rushing me to the emergency department downstairs but demanding that I'd be seen right away. He stayed there with me until making sure I was being taken cared of. Not only this but he came back at the end of day, driving through some bad Michigan weather to the hospital in town where I was prepared for surgery later that night... some of the things I was there for had nothing to do with ortho yet still he did his best to what was his areas of specialty and stayed to help me and rest of my family understand what was going on with me, this time around. There are those doctors that you can tell are in the health field for the money, treating their patients more like a number than a person, Dr Cam is not one of those types, he cares... this man is a godsend and to me my hero.
