Hi I rarely write reviews but this issue needs to get out. I have been seeing Dr. Mullen for about 8 months for Pain Management. I went to his office for a follow up on back pain injections. I told the doc that my feet were still hurting every day. He knew because he gave me heel pain injections but did not work but were very painful. I have service connected (navy) bad feet. I also give him a (DMV), department of motor vehicle document for a temp placard as I have also recently gone back to the VA hospital to help with my feet issues. OK back to the DMV form, Dr. Mullen seen the paper and I could not believe what he said, DR Bruce e. Mullen of Carson City Nevada said as he turns his back to me. " if it was up to me you would park your car a mile away and walk to the store". Why would he be so disrespectful when he knows I have documented feet problems, yes both feet have issues. He then looked me up and down and said "I'm also taking you from 120 pain pills per month to 100 and then to 80." I guess because I'm fat, I don't have the right to have some pain relief. The pain pills were only 5-325 in strength nothing to celebrate over. I'm retired navy, I have never abused drugs don't drink, don't smoke, or use dope or take anything not prescribed to me... I would never recommend DR. Mullen. YES IM FIRING HIM. He is not up to my standards and his ethics, needs a lot of work. He is a very unprofessional doctor.
