Brite John Chalunkal, DO specializes in spine disorders and is dedicated to delivering quality care. He is experienced in cervical/lumbar injections and spinal cord stimulation under fluoroscopic guidance along with EMG/NCS and ultrasound guided joint injections. Dr. Chalunkal is fellowship trained in pain medicine and where appropriate will treat spine disorders and injuries without surgery using therapy, injections, and other conservative modalities.Dr. Chalunkal is board certified by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. He graduated from New York College of Osteopathic Medicine in Westbury, NY and completed an internship at Nassau University Medical Center in East Meadow, NY as well as a residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at New York-Presbyterian Hospital/Weill Cornell Medical Center & Columbia University in New York, NY. Dr. Chalunkal completed his fellowship in pain medicine at the University of Michigan Health Sciences - Department of Anesthesiology in Ann Arbor, MI.Dr. Chalunkal is currently welcoming new patients and accepts most insurance plans. He is on the medical staff at Baylor Medical Center at Waxahachie and Baylor University Medical Center at Dallas.
