Bio
Boyd ‘Bo’ Evans, MD
Dr. Bo Evans is a Board Certified Family physician and owner of Fountain Family Medicine, a comprehensive family medicine clinic founded in 2005.
After graduating from the University of Florida with a Bachelors of Science in Biology, he went on to complete a Masters in Biology and received his Doctorate of Medicine from Marshall University in 2002. He completed his residency training at St. Vincent’s Family Medicine Program in Jacksonville, FL.
Dr. Evans is a member of both the Florida and American Academies of Family Practice.
His clinical interests include: Prevention and Wellness Medicine, Weight loss and Obesity, Diabetes, Cardiovascular, Anti-Aging, Hormone Replacement Therapy, Mood disorders, Insomnia, Pulmonary and Musculoskeletal disorders.
‘Dr. Bo’ as his patients call him, is married with three young children and when he’s not at the office or home mowing the grass, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends on the water or in the great outdoors. He also enjoys a good game of chess!
