Doctor Blakely Richardson is a board certified Dermatologist and owner of Westgate Skin & Cancer; a family focused and operated practice. She consults patients of all ages for general, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology needs in the greater Austin area while striving for excellent patient care and patient satisfaction.

Upon completing medical school, Doctor Richardson completed a 1-year dermatology focused internship at University Hospitals and was accepted as a dermatology resident at University Hospitals/Case Western Reserve in Cleveland Ohio. During residency, Doctor Richardson served as the Chief Resident of Veterans Affairs, received the resident research award, and was published in JAMA Dermatology for her research and analysis of melanoma.
While in Cleveland, Doctor Richardson made the commitment to start a dermatology practice built on honesty, integrity, accountability, and excellent patient care. After two years of research, preparation, and hard work, the practice opened its doors in South Central Austin on August 4th, 2014.
