Dr. Andrew Moffat graduated from Midwestern University College of Osteopathic Medicine at Glendale before completing a residency in Family Medicine at Kingman Regional Medical Center. He then completed a fellowship in Undersea and Hyperbaric Medicine at Duke University.
Dr. Moffat has one office in Utah where he specializes in Preventive Medicine.
