Dr. Andrew Hsiao graduated from UC San Diego School of Medicine before completing a residency in Orthopedic Surgery at Mount Sinai Medical Center (New York). He then completed a fellowship in Orthopedic Surgery at American Sports Medicine Institute (Alabama).
