Recommends Available On Time Friendly Professional Knowledgeable Nice Office Understandable Reachable Helpful StaffDr. Itzkoff is the most professional doctor I have ever met. She is very caring and also won the most compassionate doctor of the year award. She is always there for me when I need her and I highly recommend her! She i always on time and is willing to stay late at the office to account for my busy schedule as a CEO. She also has a thriving telehealth practice where we can do video calls from my mobile phone or computer :)

Very unprofessional doctor and I would not recommend. Dr. itzkoff seemed very distracted as she checked her cell phone 20 times during our first session. For our second session she was over 45 min late and I left the office as I am an Executive and have responsibilities and a schedule to adhere to. I texted her to tell her I could not wait any longer as our appointment was 45 min past and decided this was definitly not the doctor for me. She then proceeded to charge my credit card $350 for our appointment that never took place. I have disputed charge and she is claiming it was my fault and I should have waited for her. If charge is not reversed I will seek legal counsel.
