Recommends Available On Time Professional Knowledgeable Understandable Reachable Helpful StaffThis review is long overdue (I tried to fill out a review five years ago, but my computer's browser did not like thee review page and kept kicking me off. ) . Dr. Mason did a fusion on my C4-C7 vertebrae in October 2010, to prevent potential paralysis or even death due to severe spinal stennosis. The operation was sufficiently successful that within 10 days I had almost no pain in my neck, and my initial prescription for painkillers lasted almost four years. Three months later, I had healed sufficiently that we skipped the 90-days wearing a soft cervical collar (after the initial 90-days wearing the hard Philadelphia collar), to wearing no collar at all, and being discharged. I have 85 % of my original neck mobility, and no longer have to take ibuprofen almost nightly to sleep. If Peyton Manning had my degree of success, he might still be playing football. I've recommended Dr. Mason to probably a good dozen people in the last six years, friends and total strangers alike, extolling his ability and the care I received.
