Dr. Zandra Cheng graduated from UC San Diego School of Medicine in 1997 before completing a residency in General Surgery at Penn State Milton S. Hershey Medical Center in Hershey, PA from 1997 to 2004. She then completed a fellowship in Breast Disease & Surgery at Anne Arundel Medical Center from 2004 to 2005.
