Dr. William Tuer graduated from University of Toronto Faculty of Medicine in 1970 before completing a residency in Pediatrics at Long Island Jewish Medical Center. Dr. Tuer then completed a fellowship in Allergy & Immunology at Walter Reed Army Medical Center.
