Dr. William Parsons graduated from Dartmouth College Geisel School of Medicine in 1980 before completing a residency in Internal Medicine at University of Rochester-Strong Memorial Hospital in 1985. He then completed a fellowship in Cardiology at Duke University Medical Center in 1988.
