FROM NORTHERN STATE PARKWAY:

Take Northern State Parkway to Exit 42 North (Rte. 231 – Deer Park Avenue). After the Dix Hills Firehouse, the road forks.  Bear to the left.  Cross over Jericho Tpke. (Rte. 25) to Park Avenue.  Go approximately three miles on Park Avenue to Route 25A/Main Street.   Make a right on 25A/Main Street (going east.)  Go approximately one mile.  The office is on the right (south) side in a brick building, just before a Dunkin Donuts.

FROM LONG ISLAND EXPRESSWAY:

Take Long Island Expressway to Exit 51 North (Rte. 231 – Deer Park Avenue)  After crossing under the Northern State Parkway, the road forks after the Dix Hills Firehouse.  Bear to the left.  Cross over Jericho Tpke (Rte. 25) to Park Avenue.  Go approximately three miles on Park Avenue to Route 25A/Main Street.  Make a right on 25A/Main Street.  Go approximately one mile.  The office is on the right (south) side in a brick building, just before a Dunkin Donuts.
