Doctor Wennie C Liao, MD and her nurse and receptionist have shown a lack of professionalism, lack of compassion, and lack of professionalism I have never experienced before at the Palo Alto Medical Foundation. I have been a long time patient at PAMF and today's office visit is the worst experience I have ever had at a clinic. I waited 1 month for this appointment but got nothing out of the appointment.
