We are a full-service Neurology, Headache Medicine, and Sleep Medicine practice consisting of dedicated, experienced staff who believe in working with our patients to maintain and improve their health. We work together to serve your entire family for all of your Neurology, Headache and Sleep Medicine needs in all stages of life. Dr. Spinner is certified by the American Board of Neurology (Neurology and Neurophysiology), Board of Headache Medicine (UCNS) and the Board of Sleep Medicine. Dr. Sinclair is certified in Neurology and Neurophysiology. Dr. Ettinger is a nationally known Epilepsy specialist. Dr. Kier is Board Certified in Pediatric Sleep Medicine and Pulmonology. Together our practice has more than 50 combined years of taking care of people in our areas of specialty. We believe that our unique approach, combining Neurology, Headache and Sleep Medicine allows us to provide you with excellent comprehensive care delivered in the way our physicians and staff would like to be cared for.

Sleep Medicine
Sleep medicine specialists diagnose and treat various disorders and diseases relating to sleep. This can include a range of conditions including insomnia, sleep apnea, restless leg syndrome, narcolepsy, nightmares and others. Dr. Spinner utilizes a variety of diagnostic tools including screening devices, overnight sleep studies or oximeters, among many others. Treatments can include CPAP therapy, implantation of sleep devices, counseling, lifestyle modifications, and others aimed at eliminating or alleviating the symptoms of sleep conditions.
