I am a full time practising academic Pediatric Neurologist with subspecialty training in Epilepsy. Additionally, my interests are: fetal/neonatal neurology, pediatric medical ethics/end of life issues and neuroprotection. More recent interest has been telemedicine.

Pediatric Neurology
Pediatric neurologists provide care for disorders of the nervous system in children. When diagnosing patients, Dr. Sharif may perform procedures such as PET scans, EMG or EEG tests or nerve conduction velocity tests, among others. She may treat conditions like epilepsy, aneurysms, behavioral and neuromuscular disorders, sleep problems, learning disabilities, and many other neurological conditions.
