Dr. Welch has five offices in Missouri where he specializes in Critical Care Pediatrics and Anesthesiology.

Dr. Welch is charged with providing around-the-clock monitoring and intensive care for children who have experienced trauma or disease, landing them in the intensive care unit (ICU) of a hospital.
