Bio
Dr. Wilson is highly experienced with minimally invasive, laparoscopic and robotic-assisted urologic oncology and is a recognized world expert in robotic-assisted laparoscopic prostatectomy being one of the top six surgeons worldwide in terms of volume performing this type of surgery. His research interests focus on the early diagnosis and prevention of prostate cancer patients, identification of high-risk prostate cancer patients, and quality-of life-issues involving prostate and bladder cancer treatment.

Surgical Oncology
Surgical oncologists offer surgical treatment for patients suffering from a variety of cancers. The goal of a surgical oncologist is to stop the advancement of the disease through surgical intervention, sending the patient into remission. Dr. Wilson may offer a range of surgical treatment types including preventive surgery, curative surgery, diagnostic surgery, debulking surgery, palliative surgery, restorative surgery, and more.
