As humans we are multifaceted. As a Family Physician I enjoy getting to know my patients and understanding the different aspects of their lives that make them a unique individual. Taking care of the whole family allows me to understand the dynamics of their lives that much better.
Combining my passion for Family Medicine and Sports Medicine allows me to promote my philosophy of "Prevention is Key." You don't need to be a professional athlete to benefit from the positive aspects of physical activity.
While I enjoy treating sports injuries, I also like the challenge of introducing exercise in to people's lives. Increasing your fitness translates in to improved quality of life. When you are in shape you tend to eat and sleep better and have decreased stress levels.

As a family doctor in California, Dr. Tiffany Gorman provides thorough medical treatment for the entire household. Family physicians may detect, address, & manage a broad spectrum of conditions, illnesses, & diseases. Being a family physician, Dr. Gorman commonly acts as the first contact for patients in search of general or primary medical treatment & can direct patients to a specialist if needed.

Sports Medicine
Sports medicine physicians are trained to provide treatment and prevention plans for those participating in sports and related physical activities. Dr. Gorman is trained to treat complications such as muscle tears and strains, concussions, tendon and ligament damage, shin splints, sports hernias, fractures, and a variety of others. Treatments may include rehabilitation services, therapies and a variety of surgical operations, among others.
