A cold, indifferent, staff that changed constantly in the little time I saw him. I saw a good PA when I was first there who left, which is primarily the reason I left. Phone calls not returned, messages I left for the new PA were messed up to the point where I asked for a less potent medication and was given a prescription for morphine instead (to replace percocet), which is more potent. Then told I can\'t come back to the practice because I missed a follow up appointment I never made in the first place. The change of staff, the incompetence and the new PA pointing out his experience with a certain drug that I had PTSD from being given to previously, left me frightened and unwilling to go back. When I wanted to return I was told I couldn\'t, I felt because of the Drs. ego and spitefulness. That is why he gets a 2.5 stars on health grades.
