I created Dr. Gold's Optimal Living Institute in order to spend more time with my patients and provide them with exceptional care.  I treat the root causes of their concerns with the latest in evidence based care, combining both traditional and holistic approaches as necessary.  My patients need and deserve this.  I have found that when I show my patients simple, fun, and easy steps they can take to improve their long term health, they are more likely to follow them.  Many of my past patients have told me how they are continuing to exercise, eat healthy, relax, and feel better.  It's human nature to feel good and have energy.  Why not choose a smart and natural approach for it?
