Dr. Syed Abbas graduated from Universidad Eugenio María de Hostos in 1990 before completing a residency in Psychiatry at Elmhurst Hospital in Elmhurst, NY from 1994 to 1996. He then completed a fellowship in Geriatric Psychiatry at University of South Florida.
