Bio
I am a board-certified psychiatrist and psychoanalyst with over 20 years of experience. In my practice, I see adults for both psychotherapy and psychoanalysis with an integrative and holistic approach to well-being.
In addition to private practice, I am an Assistant Clinical Professor at NYU School of Medicine as well as a faculty member at the Institute for Psychoanalytic Education.
One seeks professional help when they feel stuck, helpless, discontent, sad during a time of loss, or frustrated when experiencing difficulties at school, work, or home. Such issues can lead to depression, anxiety, stress, sleep issues, low energy levels, and general dissatisfaction. Over the past 20 years, I have been working with my patients, helping them navigate and overcome these struggles.
I believe in a holistic and multidisciplinary approach to wellbeing. The body, the mind, and relationships are all addressed through the treatment modalities I use with my patients. Working together, we can aim to achieve your highest potential and discover options for a more satisfying life.
