My father was seen by Dr. Bansal and she was the worse Dr. She told us there was nothing they could do for him as he suffers from CHF. She saw him in Sept of 2015 and he is still with us now after she said he would be leaving us soon. He was 82 then and is now 84. We took him out of the Kaiser network. May god have mercy on her for thinking she can decide who lives or dies to fatten her bonus. She has no ethics and is driven only by money vs helping patients. Stay away. Kaiser sucks. Karma is grand. Patients trust doctors but Kaiser doctors don't excessive every option.
