Infectious Disease Medicine
As an infectious disease specialist, Dr. Renae is capable of preventing, diagnosing, and treating a wide variety of infectious diseases. Typically, patients with an infectious disease, such as malaria, will require highly specialized treatment or care. Dr. Renae may also educate patients traveling to places around the world that have a high rate of infectious diseases; this is sometimes referred to as travel medicine.

The specialty of internal medicine is an area of primary care for adults. Dr. Renae specializes in diagnosing and treating cross-system illnesses that may affect multiple organ systems. Dr. Renae can also refer patients to specialist physicians when medically needed.
